- Establish your own practice.
- Enroll in the Academy.
- Transition your existing practice to a TaxAssist Accountants franchise.

Timeline for New Franchisees:
- Participate in a Discovery Session with Managing Director Mandy Sigaloff to fully comprehend the scope of the TaxAssist Accountants franchise program (Book a Discovery Session here).
- Draft your three-year business plan (2 weeks).
- Incorporate your company and submit your application form (1 week).
- Review disclosure documents (2 weeks).
- Begin the initial setup program, including software, licenses, insurance, etc. (2 weeks).
- Complete a six-week initial training course (six weeks without a tax license, four weeks with a license).
- During training, we’ll establish your website, Google Business page, and social media profiles.
- Allow three weeks for your Google search campaign to gain traction.
- Conduct market research and develop your pricing strategy (2 weeks).
- Finalise practice procedures and your local marketing campaign (1 week).
