TaxAssist franchisees manage their team to deliver a suite of accounting, tax, financial and advisory services to local small business owners, contractors, freelancers, from welcoming highly-visible shopfronts.
You will be focusing on small businesses (over 99.8% of businesses in Australia), which includes self-employed individuals, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with a turnover of up to $4 million. High net worth individuals are also likely to form part of your client portfolio.
Your role will primarily consist of:
- Being the ‘principal’ of the business
- Business development
- Marketing your practice
- Managing staff
- Customer service
- Practice management and profitability
- Networking
- Custodian of the brand in your territory
You’ll spend your time as a business owner growing your practice by attracting new clients and managing a team of staff members. We’ll help you hire and train the right people, so you can focus on achieving your ambitions.
