Florence Gavan Graduates from TaxAssist Academy and Sets Sights on Alexandria Franchise

Florence Gavan, a seasoned professional with an extensive background in management accounting and business operations, has completed the TaxAssist Accountants Academy program.

With her newfound expertise and training, Florence is now preparing to open her own TaxAssist Accountants franchise in Alexandria, Sydney.

Florence brings a wealth of experience to her new venture. With a CPA membership since 2011 and a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting, her career has been defined by dedication, problem-solving, and delivering results. Her diverse professional journey includes roles such as:
• Leading international joint ventures in the recycling industry during her time in China.
• Successfully founding and managing a cross-border e-commerce platform with an annual turnover of AUD 20 million.
• Managing high-value projects, including serving as an administration manager for an AUD 80 million recycling facility in Australia.

Florence’s practical expertise in tax compliance, BAS preparation, cross-border financial management, and accounting software like MYOB and Xero sets a solid foundation for her next chapter as a business owner.
