2025 is set to be another record-breaking year, with new product and services for our clients, new websites, new franchise support site optimising the capabilities of A1 and initiative marketing campaigns increasing leads and clients. Here are a few of our highlights –
· Our websites attracted 23,000 users, a 31.2% increase from the previous year.
· Our National Facebook Account garnered 46.4K views.
· We welcomed two new Tax Agents to our support team, Dawn based in WA and Kevin who joined us in our Neutral Bay support office.
· We achieved a 26% increase in qualified leads compared to the previous year, with a majority of these joining us as clients.
· Ten new participants will be completing the TaxAssist Academy program during December 2024, with 20 more joining in 2025.
· We opened new shopfronts in Liverpool, Ballarat, Osborne Park and Dee Why.
· We launched our Advanced Technical Training program for our Franchisees.
· The network lodged over 5,000 tax returns!
