Sydney’s TaxAssist Accountants franchisees gathered for an intensive marketing and sales training day at the Middle Harbour Rescue Room. The event, titled “The Success Formula: Pitch, Connect, Convert,” provided an invaluable opportunity for franchisees to refine their networking strategies, master lead conversion techniques, and strengthen their connections within the TaxAssist network.
The training day was designed to help franchisees maximise their marketing efforts and boost sales performance through structured learning and peer collaboration. The agenda focused on key areas essential to franchise success, including networking mastery, where attendees learned how to build relationships that lead to business growth, lead conversion techniques to effectively turn prospects into clients, and refining the sales pitch to develop compelling narratives that resonate with potential customers. Through hands-on activities and expert-led discussions, participants walked away with actionable insights to implement in their local franchises.
The training was led by Paul Sigaloff, a distinguished media executive with over 25 years of experience in the UK and Australia. Paul has held leadership roles at major organisations such as Yahoo and oOh! Media, where he drove commercial growth and pioneered socially responsible business initiatives. His session shared real-world strategies on how franchisees can create impactful messages and establish themselves as trusted advisers in their local communities.
