New TaxAssist Accountants franchisees will now be able to benefit from the Support Centre being granted its own tax agent licence.
Mandy Sigaloff, Managing Director, said: “The licence is hugely significant because we can now supervise as many new franchises as we wish, through our RAM, until they get their own licence.
“This means no hold ups on trading for new franchisees, so they can get started as soon as their initial training is completed.
“It also means we can now apply for membership to official accounting body, the Institute of Public Accountants, which I know will appeal to many potential new franchisees.”
TaxAssist Accountants has franchisees in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Perth providing a full range of all-year round professional accounting, tax, SMSF and business advisory services to small businesses.
The franchise opportunity will appeal to qualified accountants working in industry, tax preparers looking to scale up their business, individuals with an accountancy or law degree or diploma, as well as those that already own an accounting or tax practice they wish to develop as part of a global brand.
Franchisees will join a global franchise, with over 268 franchises operating in the UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia, with new locations opening all the time, including shortly in the USA. TaxAssist is on a global growth plan with its award winning and proven franchise model, which has been operating successfully for over 25 years.
