Delica is targeting a main shopfront in Adelaide’s CBD and plans to take on the regional franchise area of Yorke Peninsula, where she will support small businesses and individual taxpayers with accessible, personal, and expert tax and accounting services.
Delica holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia. Over a 25‑year career, she has worked as an Auditor, Financial Accountant, and Business Information Analyst, and for the past 10 years has served in South Australian Government departments, including the Department for Education and the Department of Treasury and Finance (SA).

The TaxAssist Academy Program is a structured, 12month training and development pathway designed to equip aspiring franchisees with the practical skills and confidence to operate a TaxAssist Accountants practice. The program covers an Initial Training Course (ITC), followed by mentoring on real client work and supervision as students transition to managing their own clients—culminating in final assessments and certification.
