TaxAssist Accountants provides an initial training course for all new franchisees to enable them to confidently and expertly run, and grow a successful practice.
Mandy Sigaloff, Managing Director, said: “We have two initial training courses planned for 2021, which will commence on the 16th August and 18th October.
“I am delighted to advise that we are now able to offer our bespoke courses virtually, having reworked and adapted all of the content to a four-week course, utilising different technologies to ensure they run smoothly.
“The tax, accounting and software training will be delivered by Noel Luther, Training and Technical Manager, with Practice Management covered by Collingwood based franchisee Michael Harrison. Through this partnership, we are able to ensure that materials are up-to-date, directly relevant for our network and of the highest quality.
“I will be delivering the marketing and business development training programme, which encompasses five days of the course, working very closely with each franchisee to decide on the right activity for their territory. We will then monitor success, and help to build their business at an aspirational rate.”
By the end of the initial training provided by TaxAssist Accountants, franchisees will know how to:
- Market themselves, recruit and retain clients
- Complete Limited Company, Partnership, Contractor and Sole Trader tax returns
- Competently complete monthly/quarterly BAS and PAYG for business clients
- Set up and manage Trusts structures and SMSFs
- Effectively use and have a full knowledge of Tax, SMSF, Trust, PAYG and Practice Management software
- Run an efficient office/storefront business with the support of IT, marketing and eventually staff
- Run and grow a successful business
